DLM Constructors is a general contractor based in Mannford, Oklahoma. Collectively, we have over three decades of experience building all aspects of residential, commercial, heavy civil, and municipal water and waste water projects. Our History

Our President, Mike Butler, has spent the past 30 years constructing projects in the western United States. In March of 2022, Mike and his family decided to pursue their life-long desire of operating and owning their family business. The state of Oklahoma was chosen for relocation after the eldest daughter attended Oklahoma State University and soon found that their core values follow those of many in Oklahoma. Today, DLM is a family-run business with a specialty in general contracting in all aspects of construction, and a core goal of reaching new expectations and building strong relationships in the community.

Safety Program

Safety is our top priority throughout design and construction, and we’re committed to taking appropriate measure to protect the safety, health, and welfare of our employees, customers, contractors, visitors, and the community. Our in-house safety program complies with state and federal requirements.

We firmly believe that with the right plan, correct implementation, and a proactive safety culture, we can mitigate potential hazards and create a safe site for everyone involved in the project.
