We keep costs down.
Build costs are high in part because of double or triple markups on equipment rental. We own what we use, and provide everything needed for the job site—which means a higher quality build for less money.
We do things by the book.
We’re fully insured, and everyone on site is OSHA and EMSHA trained, ensuring the highest safety standards are upheld. Our owner, Mike, is also a trained and certified home inspector, so nothing slips through the cracks.
We have the most experience.
Our owner, Mike, has built everything from houses and hospitals to bridges and water treatment plants, across 35+ years in construction. We’re excited by difficult, unusual, or extraordinary projects, from smaller, quality homes to Passivhaus.
